Welcome to the Boulder Housing Coalition's Wiki. We use this wiki to document our processes and agreements, and to provide easy access to resources we have accumulated which support our community. We've decided to make them publicly accessible so that others may use them as a model if they wish.

The Boulder Housing Coalition

The BHC is a 501(c)3 non-profit community housing development organization located in Boulder, Colorado. Our mission is to create more community oriented housing in Boulder County. Currently, the BHC system is made up of three permanently affordable rental cooperatives in Central Boulder: Masala, Chrysalis, and as of August 2013 Ostara. Together the co-ops provide housing and consensus-based community to an eclectic mix of nearly 50 people.
