The Masala co-op is dedicated to providing our residents with quality locally grown organic food whenever possible. Masala buys its food from the Boulder Co-op Market and has a share in the Monroe organic farm. Masala has house meal Monday through Thursday at 7pm and on Sunday we have brunch at noon. All house meals are vegetarian.          

How to Join:

1. Prospective residents need to income qualify unless they are going for the market rate bedroom.
2. Attend a house dinner, no phone interviews allowed.
3. Fill out an application.
4. Interview with the house.
5. House will use a consensus process and follow all fair housing guidelines in resident selection.
