what you're getting yourself into. It describes our community in detail, as agreed upon by concensus once a year.
Applicants should know:
- the average monthly rent is ~$534; includes all utilities and household items
- each member contributes 10 hours a week to the House; cooking, cleaning, etc
- we get many applications, there is one simple way to make yours stand out*
*come hang out with us (frequently)
It's key that we get to know you, so please elaborate
and be as informative (and creative!) as possible.
This information will be used to determine your qualification for tenancy in Chrysalis Community Housing. This information is CONFIDENTAL and will not be disclosed
to anyone except the members of Chrysalis Co-op, Boulder Housing Coalition staff, and the city of Boulder/HUD (for the purpose of verification of income and general
affordable housing data only). You are not required to provide this information, but without it, your tenancy application may be delayed or rejected. Any
false statements given on this Rental Application are grounds for the rejection of your tenancy application.
