Chrysalis Co-Operative

The Chrysalis Co-operative is a consensus-based vegetarian co-op in a large old house with lots of character. Chrysalis is located in downtown Boulder, one block from Pearl Street. Chrysaliens live lightly, buy food together, and share dinners, chores, and good times. Chrysalis values affordable living, conscious community, and human diversity.

Food:

Chrysalis co-op buys mostly organic and as much local food as possible. Chrysalis serves dinner four to five nights per week and all house meals are vegetarian with a vegan option.

How To Join:
  1. Since Chrysalis is low-income housing, prospective residents must income qualify.
  2. Contact the membership coordinator and find out more about how Chrysalis works (chrysaliscoop at gmail dot com).
  3. Join us for dinner to see the house and meet the house members.
  4. Fill out an application.
  5. Interview at one of our Sunday night meetings.
  6. House will use a consensus process and follow all fair housing guidelines in resident selection.
